The Property is No 20 and Sleeps up to 8 = (6 Adults+2 Kids) with Upstairs Bathroom - Upstairs Master Bedroom x1 Double Bed +Travel Cot + High Chair - Upstairs Bedroom x 2 Single Beds - Downstairs Bedroom x 2 Single Beds - Lounge x 1 Sofa Bed ( The construction of this bed makes it only suitable for Children the Maximum occupancy is 6 Adults and 2 Children)  - Downstairs Shower room - Change over days are Flexible - A car is not essential when staying at this property but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further - The beach at Guardamar is a 5 min drive from property.

The Property next door to Casa Escocesa is also available for rent and this would be ideal for a 2 Family Holiday - Please ask for Details.

RENTAL IS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR: Long term rental is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape the British winters
