Casa Escocesa

We are very happy to have Keith and Sue Tuckwell as our excellent Property Management Team at  Casa Escocesa and they offer the following First Class services to make your visit more enjoyable.

Airport Pick-up and drop off

Airport pick-up is available from Alicante and Murcia airports this will be arranged before your home departure and the return times to the airport will be arranged on your arrival at the property. There is a charge for this service as of June 2007 it is 40 Euro one way

Refundable Damages Deposit

Please pay Keith a deposit of 100 Euro on arrival to cover for damages ( Please pay in Cash as he has no Credit Card facilities). This will be refunded on your departure after inspection of the property. Please replace any small breakages with the same.

Property Laundry and Cleaning

Please pay Keith 50 Euro for laundry and cleaning of the property when you leave this charge applies from 1 to 6 people with 7 people staying the charge is 60 Euro and with 8 people the charge is 70 Euro

Pre Arrival Phone Call

As a visitor staying in Casa Escocesa you'll receive a Pre Arrival Phone Call. This service is designed to confirm that everything you need for your holiday is arranged before you arrive - ensuring it gets off to a great start. Keith will give you a call to make sure he has got all the vital information about your holiday. He will check your arrival time, arrange the key handover, and explain the other things he can arrange for you to make your holiday go smoothly. These include:
 

• having a welcome pack ready and waiting for you in Casa Escocesa
   
• organising bike, golf and children's equipment to hire
   
• booking a personalised visitors orientation tour which is an invaluable guide to the local area

Key Handover

The key to your holiday, the key to your accommodation! This necessary service is arranged during your pre arrival phone call so you know that Keith will be there to welcome you, show you around the property, and give you that all important set of keys.

It is at this time that he will check your departure arrangements. Keith will also take payment for Airport Pick-up any children's equipment, welcome packs requested, and cleaning and laundry services plus refundable damages deposit. All you need to do is take your keys and start to relax and enjoy your well deserved break, knowing there is nothing more to arrange or worry about.

Visitor Information

This is your chance to get the most out of your holiday, using Keith's extensive knowledge of the area and based on his dealings with the Spanish system you can benefit from tips and advice as well as discover the little gems that make holidays special.

Welcome Packs

The Welcome Packs on offer can really get your holiday off to a great start.
Keith can arrange for a Welcome Pack of bread, butter, eggs, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottle of wine, bottle of water and pack of beer or champagne if it is a special occasion to be waiting in Casa Escocesa for you. This is ideal if you're arriving early in the morning and missed breakfast or the middle of the day and are thirsty for that cup of tea or are arriving late at night after the supermarkets close.
Should you wish to include other items of food and drink simply state your requirements and Keith will happily give you a quote before tailor-making your pack.

Emergency Contact

When you're holidaying abroad knowing there's a friendly face that you can depend upon in an emergency can be invaluable. Keith & Sue can be on hand to assist you as much as they can in any situation involving illness, theft or accident where you may feel unable to cope alone.

Hire Services

If you’re anything like us you’re always overloading your suitcase and wondering how on earth to fit in everything for your children plus that round of golf! As a visitor you can hire children’s items, bikes and golfing equipment.

All pre-ordered children’s equipment and disposable items will be ready and waiting for you in Casa Escocesa to get your holiday off to a great start.

Keith will reserve your bikes and golfing equipment for you with his carefully selected suppliers, so you can be sure that the service will be first class and at the right price.

Bikes will be delivered at a time that suits you, so that you can make sure that bikes and helmets are properly sized and that you are happy with them.

Golf clubs and equipment can be collected as you need them or on a daily or weekly basis.
