We are happy to have Mike & Maxine as our Property Management Team

As a visitor staying in Casa Escocesa you'll receive a Pre Arrival Phone Call or Text from Mike or Maxine. This service is designed to confirm that everything you need for your holiday is arranged before you arrive and ensures it gets off to a great start.

They will check your arrival time, arrange the key handover and explain all that can be done to help your holiday go smoothly.

Don't forget they are always available via the telephone to answer any additional questions you may have before your holiday.

This gives you the peace of mind that everything is in hand and lets you know there is a friendly face in sunny Spain to help with everything.

Mike and Maxine would be grateful if you could phone or text them to confirm your arrival at Alicante/Murcia Airport and also to inform them of any delays on the road to the property.

They can arrange a Welcome Pack of bread, butter, eggs, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and bottle of wine, bottle of water and pack of beer or champagne if it is a special occasion to be waiting in Casa Escocesa for you.

Its ideal if you're arriving early in the morning and missed breakfast or the middle of the day and are thirsty for that cup of tea or are arriving late at night after the supermarkets close.

Should you wish to include other items of food and drink simply state your requirements and they will happily give you a quote before tailor-making your pack.

As a visitor you can hire bikes and golfing equipment. All pre-ordered equipment and disposable items will be ready and waiting for you in Casa Escocesa to get your holiday off to a great start. Mike and Maxine will reserve your bikes and golfing equipment for you with their carefully selected suppliers.

Please pay Mike and Maxine a deposit of 100 Euro on arrival to cover for damages (Please pay in Cash as they have no Credit Card facilities). This will be refunded on the day of your departure after inspection of the property.

Please replace any small breakages with the same.

There is a charge of 50 Euro for laundry and cleaning of the property when you leave, please pay this to Mike and Maxine on the day of your departure.

The key handover will be arranged during your pre arrival phone call so you know that Mike and Maxine will be there to welcome you and show you around the property.

Its at this time they will check your departure arrangements and will also take payment for equipment hire, welcome packs requested, and the 100 Euro refundable damages deposit.

All you need to do is take your keys and start to relax and enjoy your well deserved break, knowing there is nothing more to arrange or worry about

At the Key Handover this is your chance to get the most out of your holiday, using Mike and Maxine extensive knowledge of the area you can benefit from tips and advice as well as discover the little gems that make holidays special the need-to-know driving facts and the local shops, restaurants and bars. The best beaches, Golf course information, Water sports and parks, Promenades and easy walks. Generally what to see and do in the local area (plus instructions on how to get there!)

When you're holidaying abroad knowing there's a friendly face that you can depend upon in an emergency can be invaluable.

Mike and Maxine can be on hand to assist you as much as they can in any situation involving illness, theft or accident where you may feel unable to cope alone.
