Terms and Conditions

What is Included in price

Water and Electricity, Bed Linen, Towels (not beach towels) DVD, remote controlled Air Conditioning, Self Catering Kitchen Appliances/Equipment, Shared Pool, Private Garden, Driveway Parking and Patio Furniture.

Flights, car hire, and holiday insurance are NOT included in the price.

Rental Period

The rental period for the property begins on the day of your arrival and the property must be vacated at a time suitable for cleaning as guests may be arriving on your day of departure.

Directions and meeting instructions will be forwarded once balance is received.
Changeover day is flexible allowing you to take advantage of cheap flight deals. And arrival and departure times are also flexible for your convenience.

Payment

To make a booking a non refundable deposit of £100 is required.
1 MONTH prior to commencement of the holiday, the Balance Payment of the fee must be paid.

100 Euro damage deposit must be paid to our Property Manager on arrival (Please pay in cash as he has no Credit Card facilities) and it will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house before departure. Please report any damage to our Property Manager, or small breakages can be replaced with similar items.

50 Euro must be paid on departure to our Property Manager for laundry and cleaning this applies from 1 to 6 persons with 7 people staying the charge is 60 Euro and with 8 people staying the charge is 70 Euro.

We are not responsible for arrangements made between yourself and our Property Managing Company during your stay. (Airport Pick-up + Welcome Pack + Tours etc).

Cancellation

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required when making booking.

We regret that no Balance Payments are refundable after the 1 MONTH period prior to commencement of the holiday.

Safety

Sun loungers & Patio Furniture to remain on the property and must not be taken to the pool and House Furniture to remain indoors.

We accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage caused arising from the use of the house or communal facilities. Guests are reminded that it is their responsibility to supervise children at all times.

Restrictions

Please read our Welcome Book on arrival at the Property with regards to Urbanization Rules.
Smoking is not permitted within the house.
Pets are not allowed in the house. The maximum number of occupants is strictly limited to 8 people with no more than 6 Adults in the one booking.
