Conditions
No animals.
Children welcome.
No smoking inside.
100 Euro damage deposit must be paid to our Property Manager on
arrival (Please pay in cash as he has no Credit Card facilities)
and it will
be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house before departure. Please report any damage to our
Property Manager, or small breakages can be replaced with similar items.
50 Euro must be paid on departure to our Property Manager for laundry and cleaning this applies from 1 to 6 persons with 7 people staying the charge is 60 Euro and with 8 people staying the charge is 70 Euro.
Directions and
meeting instructions will be forwarded once balance is received.
Changeover day is flexible allowing you to take advantage of
cheap flight deals. And arrival and departure times are also
flexible for your convenience.
What is Included
Water and electricity, linen and towels (not beach towels)
Flights, car hire, and holiday insurance are NOT included
in the price.
Payment
To make a booking, a non refundable deposit of £100 is required.
1 MONTH prior to commencement of the holiday, the balance of the fee
must be paid.
Cancellation
We regret that no monies are refundable after the 1 MONTH period.
Rental Period
The rental period for the property begins on the day of your arrival
and the property must be vacated at a time suitable for cleaning as
guests may be arriving on your day of
departure.
Please note we try to be flexible on these times wherever possible
and if no other guests are arriving or leaving on these days we will
try to accommodate different flight times.
Safety
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage caused arising from the use of the house or communal facilities. Guests are reminded that it is their responsibility to supervise children at all times.
Exclusions
1. Smoking is not permitted within the house.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. The maximum number of occupants is strictly limited to 8 persons.
4. We do not accept bookings from all male or all female parties, or
persons under 21 years of age.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for loss injury or delay occasioned by any of the following: riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft delays, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control.
Key Collection/Directions
These will be notified to you one week prior to departure.
